INFRASTRUCTURE OF WBMA

General Body or the Executive Council in which all members can participate is held once in a year.
There are 4 categories of members.

1. SPECIAL PATRON
3. PATRON
4. LIFE

5. GENERAL MEMBER

All members have equal rights. Elections are held every 2 years and an executive of 31 members out of which 14 are office bearers including one President, 5 Vice Presidents, one General Secretary and 5 secretaries and a Treasurer and an assistant Treasurer.

Subscriptions:
A General member shall pay Rs. 500/- yearly, a special patron member shall pay RS. 10,000/- A patron member Rs. 5,000/- and a life member Rs.2000/- only along with filled application form for member ship.


Criteria and Procedure

Any person who have attained the age of 21 years and who have subscribed to the aims and objects of the association and agrees to abide by the provisions of the rules and regulations of the society shall be eligible to become a member of the association. All applications for membership shall be placed before the General Secretary of the WBMA with the remarks and signature of the President and Secretary. The General Secretary shall place such applications with the recommendations of the standing committee for membership for consideration of the state executive council (Governing Body), On sanction by the state executive committee the applicant shall be deemed to have become a member of the WBMA from the date of sanction and he shall be informed accordingly.
